Description: During this throwing clinic, Rik will utilize the Stride Guide to teach our players the proper throwing mechanics, beginning with setting up properly and stepping directly towards the target on every throw.

About the FREE Clinic:  Space is limited to 14 players and is open to all CAPO Spring 2023 players. There is no charge to participate but we ask that if you sign up and can not attend, please email [email protected] so someone else can attend in your place.

Who: Rik Currier, former professional baseball player, and creator of the Stride Guide. Rik has coached and trained players in throwing and pitching for over 20 years and is excited to work with CAPO Girls on the most fundamental aspect of the game---throwing.
