Dear CAPO Parents:

As we mentioned in our CAPO Update email last week, we will be issuing refunds for our unfinished Spring Season to 8U, 10U, and 12U families. We will be distributing those refund checks to you IN PERSON on Tuesday, June 9th from 4:00-6:00pm at Cooks Fields. Board Members will be present with face masks and gloves on and will have sanitized pens available for you to sign that you received the refund check.

To ensure social distancing, we have created the pick-up schedule below, grouped by team. If you have multiple children, please go to the time for your OLDEST child player. If it is impossible for you to pick up your check at the time indicated, please respond to this email to make other arrangements OR you can designate a friend to pick up your check. If you choose to have a friend pick up your check, we MUST receive an email indicating who you have designated to pick up for you.

Please note that the City of San Juan is aware we are doing this and we have assured them that we will NOT congregate on the fields and that we will follow social distancing guidelines that are still in effect. The city will be patrolling the fields that day to ensure we fulfill our promise to them. With this in mind, please pick-up your check and do not stay and/or socialize at the fields.
